Steeplechase coffee & cocktails

It all started with a dream and idea from Belfrē Kitchen owner, Amy Quinn. That dream was to turn this “rough around the edges, horse trailer with a history” into Delafield’s hopping new coffee and cocktail spot.

Amy reached out to Frank & Co. in the Spring of 2021 to help make this dream a reality and shortly after, we were off to the races pulling together the design.

Once we established the overall design, we handed it over to the incredible guys at Streamline Craftsman to bring the design to life and rebuild this trailer as a new work horse for its debut.

No horsin’ around, from start to finish this was a design and build story of trust. Inventor, designer and builder all placing complete faith in one another to quickly and expertly hone their skills, to delivering perhaps the most FUN and unique project to date. This is one for the books. One we were honored to have been a part of and were sad to see end. The entire Belfrē Kitchen and Steeplechase staff was a blast for Mark and me to work with.
