Meet Emily Frank

“Frank + Co. truly is the intersection of heart and hustle. It’s where my passion for design, natural style and curiosity, and my business sense and work ethic all came together. I spent years working in pharmaceutical marketing, but a relocation prompted my inevitable career change—and a natural switch and heeding of the call to help people redesign and decorate their homes. It grew into a full-time business, and I haven't looked back.”

Where it all began

“My love for interiors comes from my mom. In the late 80s, she worked for Arhaus furniture in their flagship store on the east bank of the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland’s flats district. She has a great eye and is my go-to for design advice and decision making!”

Vintage modern design — Where to find me on the weekends

“A giant coffee in hand and my grandma cart, I spend my “free time” scouring flea markets and estate sales. I absolutely love hunting for treasures, and then turning those into beauties that live within the story of peoples lives.”

“I’m a mom to 9 year old twins—Maguire and Maren. We went through years of loss and IVF on our journey to parenthood, and they are our pride and joy. Music is a huge part of my life. It gives me my "space" to create within, and that's huge to me. Tom Petty, John Hiatt, Josh Ritter, John Prine, Willie Nelson, Jason Isbell, Dolly Parton, and Brandi Carlile all are inspirations. I love cowboy boots, ripped jeans, and good, laid-back style. My life revolves around water—my husband Ryan and I got married at Lake Tahoe and we’re raising our kids to be truly outdoorsy.”

“I find aesthetic in things around me. My inspiration is in the "found," not the high-priced glitz and glam. Pretty doesn't mean expensive to me. It means collected. Interesting. Full of personality. Your personality. It's in the objects that mean the most to you. That's where I start.”
